APPLICATION/JOINING FEES
Candidates wishing to apply for Affiliate, Training Associate or Associate Memberships are required to pay a one-time Joining Fee of $50.00 on acceptance of their application. Professional somatic psychotherapists who wish to apply for accreditation for Clinical Membership are required to pay a one-time Application Fee of $150 on application.

Note:
When first joining the association, the annual fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the 1st of the month in which your application is approved. A letter of acceptance will clearly indicate the pro rata fees that are to be paid, including the joining fee.
The AASP Financial Year is based on the calendar year; ie 1 Jan - 31 Dec each year and fees are due to be paid by 1 January each year.
Members are advised in November each year that their annual fees are due. As part of this process, members are also requested to provide a statement of any Professional Development they have undertaken during that year and, for those seeing clients, to provide a statement of the Supervision they have undertaken during the year.
Fees may paid by Bank transfer, Cheque or Money Order only. Cheques should be made payable to "AASP", and forwarded to the AASP Treasurer (see below). Formal receipts will then be issued.
